This privacy policy applies to the applications developed by GreenBisonStudio (including Dudoku, Dual N-Back, and our other services, hereinafter referred to as "Applications") for mobile devices, which were developed by Green Bison Studio (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is provided "AS IS".

User Provided Information

The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and register the Application. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory. However, please bear in mind that you might not be able to utilize some of the features offered by the Application unless you register with them.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to:

• The type of mobile device you use and its unique device ID
• The IP address of your mobile device and mobile operating system
• The type of mobile Internet browsers you use
• Information about the way you use the Application

This Application collects your device's location to help the Service Provider determine your approximate geographical location for:

• Geolocation Services: To provide personalized content and relevant recommendations.
• Analytics and Improvements: To analyze user behavior and identify trends.
• Third-Party Services: Periodically transmitting anonymized location data to external services to optimize offerings.

Third-Party Services

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid in improving the Application. The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies:

• AdMob (Google) Privacy Policy
• RevenueCat Privacy Policy
• Apple Privacy Policy

Data Disclosure

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
• To protect their rights, your safety, or investigate fraud.
• With trusted service providers who adhere to the rules set forth in this statement.

Opt-out Rights

You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically Collected information is retained for up to 24 months. Children's Privacy

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers. Security

We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. While we strive to provide reasonable security, no system can prevent all potential security breaches.
